A woman who is trained to assist another woman during childbirth and who may provide support to the family after the baby is born. The mother -to-be will get all the benefits of a maternity massage. She will receive massages once a month from the time she finds she is pregnant to the time after the birth of the baby. When the mother-to-be is 36 weeks the Doula will be on call 24/7 through the birth.
